Puma888 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, withhold any associated balances or bonus credits, and permanently ban the User from the Platform.

4.2 Account Security

6.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Puma888 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and USDT (TRC20). All account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless a cryptocurrency deposit is converted at the prevailing exchange rate at time of transaction.

6.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to KYC verification and satisfactory completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Puma888 will process approved withdrawals via the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. Processing times are indicative and subject to the User's bank or payment provider's settlement schedule.

8.1 Sports Betting

Sports bets placed on Puma888 — including markets covering the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA competitions, UFC events, and other sports — are settled in accordance with industry-standard sports betting rules. In-play bets are placed at real-time odds and are final once accepted by the system. Puma888 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where incorrect odds were offered due to data feed errors.

8.2 Live Casino

Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and others) are operated by licensed third-party studio providers. The outcome of each game round is final once the hand or round is completed and recorded by the studio system. Connectivity issues on the User's end do not constitute grounds for voiding a bet that has been accepted by the system.

8.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a manifest technical error — including display errors, server failures, or data feed malfunctions — Puma888 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the User's account wallet. Winnings paid as a result of a technical error are considered void and will be reclaimed.

Puma888 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Puma888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request.
• Operation of multiple accounts in violation of the One Account Policy.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the bonus system.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the User.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Any legal or regulatory requirement necessitating account closure.

Upon closure of an account for legitimate reasons (i.e., not for breach), any real-money balance remaining in the account wallet (excluding bonus credits) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method following completion of KYC verification. If an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, Puma888 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation.
